The Melbourne's Western District Honorary Justices Inc. was established in March 2013, to assist and support the Community and the Police wherever possible.

Our Justices of the Peace and Bail Justices are totally dedicated in performing their volunteer duty far more than just certifying documents. The tasks we specialise in are as follows:

  • Statutory Declaration

  • Affidavits

  • National Police Check

  • Australian Federal Police Check

  • Application for a Keypass

  • Application for a Divorce / Service Kit

  • Change of Name for Children / Adult

  • Elderly Citizen Card

  • Enduring Power of Attorney for: Guardianship, Finance, Medical

  • Revoking Enduring Power of Attorney for: Guardianship, Finance, Medical

  • Australian State and Federal Voting forms

  • Assisting the Community in completing forms

  • and much more

Since we commenced our association, we have grown enormously and made a huge contribution to the Community with the service we have provided. We have also made sure that we have selected the right Justice of the Peace who are professional in what they do and who will carry out what the Community require of them without any charge to them. This service is totally free. We also provide this service after hours, weekends and even during public holidays.

The President of the Association is Emmanuel Tanti, and can be contacted on 0422 893 894.

Note: Should any other Justice of the Peace wish to join our group of Professional JP's, they are more than welcome to contact the President on the above mobile number.

We will provide all the training they require and arrange for all our JP's to have a tour at various important places which will be of interest to them and also assist them in their duty. Furthermore, we will provide them with group training to ensure that they are at all times kept up to date with important information to meet the required standard by the Department of Justice.
